An assignment I'm horribly stressed about...

At the current time I'm highly concerned that this assignment will NOT get done on time. Given the timeline that had been planned, and considering the amount of work that has been done so far, I don't think we will be able to meet any deadlines. I feel as if no one else is making an effort to do any work. Things have only gotten done when I did them myself. Nearly all contact that I'm aware of has been initiated by me, and replies have been minimal if at all.

N has sent me two written policies after we chatted via email and I gave her some feedback. Su helped me with the floorplan during one of the meetings but that turned out to be fruitless. Sa made an effort to figure out the timeline and also found the NNW location. Apart from those times, I feel as if the effort being given is extremely unsatisfactory. D suggested that I do some of the work on my own, but don't tell anyone that I've done it, then see how they react. Also that I should be really clear with what each person is being expected to do, document it, then I have proof and a back-up if they don't do it. It might possibly be that the others are just seeing that I'm doing the work and so aren't bothering to make much of an effort.

I asked multiple times for feedback and assistance with developing the demographics. I have received none. I'm a bit lost with the demographics and how much information, and what information, to actually include. I'm unsure if the things I've put in are actually relevant or not. It was supposed to be done as of 16/12, but it's not. I need to review it and I still need feedback but I'm fed up with asking anyone for any help.

The floor plan and details of each room is supposed to be done by the 6th of January. No floor plan has been done except for the one that Su said she was going to do, which she didn't. I have made one with assistance from my partner, but it doesn't have enough practical detail at the moment. Each group member needs to take responsibility for a room and design the details of it (not including measurements – these are done already), then we need to come back together and collaborate on the details and final plan.

Policies are a massive headache for me at the moment. As per the timeline, they are to be completed by the 27th. I've completed a hygiene/infection control policy and a staff supervision/ratio policy. Su has taken responsibility for the evacuation/responding to emergency policy and the responding to illness/injury policy. M has said she will do the sunscreen/outdoor protection policy and the confidentiality policy. N has given me rough drafts of her policies (food handling and placement policies) which is fantastic. We still need OHS policies as I've already mentioned in several of the emails (to no response) and a policy that covers the indoor-outdoor space requirements and furniture suitability policies.

In regards to the advertising flyer, it should be done by the 17th of February. I said I could do the advertising flyer in an earlier meeting. I'm sort of enjoying doing it, because I like working with graphics and design and with computers. But all the fun is being sucked out of it by the stress and lack of support and feedback. I should be able to get feedback and support.

The staff booklet is a horrible nightmare to me. I'm trying to work on it and approach it but I have no idea what kind of information to include in it. It's not due on the timeline until March, though.

The job advertisement and budget are going to be impossible. I'm really worried about how to do the budget. I'm bad at maths and those kinds of things and I don't expect I'll be getting any help from anyone.

The end of the timeline is March 21st and the assignment is due by the end of the course, so some time in May or June. So that's 10-15 weeks. Each part of the assignment could have a possible 2 extra weeks than is planned on the deadline.
